Online Evaluations for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is an anxiety disorder not limited to veterans returning from war.
A P.T.S.D. diagnosis requires exposure to a traumatic or stressful event that now may cause:  

  • Decreased interest in activities
  • Feeling isolated
  • Difficulty experiencing positive affect
  • Irritability or aggression
  • Risky or destructive behavior
  • Hyper-vigilance
  • Heightened startle reaction
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Difficulty sleeping
  • Unwanted upsetting memories

  • Flashbacks

Online Evaluations

Our licensed providers can evaluate patients for P.T.S.D. towards enrollment in the Florida Medical Cannabis Program from the comfort of their own home.
To get started, patients should complete the form on our Home Page.
Once complete, a member of our staff will contact the patient to schedule an online evaluation via video chat.
Diagnosed patients will then follow up with a Qualified Physician to complete the application process.

Enrolling in the Florida Medical Cannabis Program

Once a patient is diagnosed, patients (and their Caregivers, if necessary) will then be entered into Florida's Medical Marijuana Use Registry by their Qualified Physician.

After a patient has been entered into the Registry, their physician will provide them with a Patient ID Number. Patients will need this to apply for their required Registry Identification Card. 

Patients and their Caregivers will then apply for their Registry Identification Card by completing an electronic or paper identification application.

Once a patient's application has been approved, they may fill their order at one of Florida's licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers.
